Shipping Policy:
Please review our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
Domestic Shipping:
- We are delighted to offer free shipping on all domestic orders totaling $200 or more.
- All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days, pending availability and credit card verification.
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be adjusted or canceled.
International Shipping:
- Free shipping is available on all Canadian orders over $250 and international orders over $300.
Order Tracking:
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
- If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact acfnycteam@acfnyc.com.
Shipping Schedule:
- Please note that we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays.
Delivery Responsibilities:
- We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the carrier.
- We will not replace or refund merchandise confirmed as delivered.
- If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf.
- In rare cases, packages may show as delivered up to 36 hours prior to actual arrival.
